K & R Design was born because I felt there was a lack of choice in stationery when I was getting married. I only had a small budget but didn’t want that to hinder me having exactly what I wanted – so I made my own! Not only did I make the invitations but also save the date cards, order of services, A-Z’s, place names, table names, seating plan, menus and thank you cards. Then my friend was getting married and asked me to do the same for her wedding and then another friend asked me to do her wedding. My relatives started asking me to make cards for birthdays, anniversaries, etc and gradually word spread. A part time, fun hobby has now become a busy (but still fun), full time profession. We take an enormous amount of pride in all the work we do at K & R Design, making sure that every client receives excellent customer service and a great result!
